How it works

Add a Site, print the poster
Name and address. You get an A4 poster with a Site QR Code that is unique to that site. Stick it on the fence.

Tradies scan and sign in
No app, no account. Name, company, trade, mobile. They read your induction and agree to it. Their phone remembers them next time.

Paperwork gets asked for
You set which documents each trade must hold. A tradie who signs in without one is emailed a link to send it, and reminders follow.

You look at what arrives
Accept it, or send it back with a reason. Every visit, answer and document stays exactly as it was recorded.
What you get on Monday morning
One page. Who signed in, which documents are waiting on you, whose answers were flagged, and who has stopped responding.

Pick a cadence. Reminders taper off and then end. When they run out the request is marked unresolved, and it becomes your call.

Scanned a code on a fence?
There is nothing to sign up for and no password. The builder whose site you were at keeps a record of your visit, and may ask you for paperwork by email. Missing paperwork never stops you signing in.
